The Ten :: The Bushido Dojo Joelton Black Belt Kata Competition
Founded by Senseis Jimmy Edwards and Melvin Brown, the annual Bushido Dojo Joelton Black Belt Kata Competition, known as The Ten, has become the most highly regarded competitive event of its kind in Wado Ryu Karatedo.
Open to all adult Wado Ryu Black Belts regardless of rank, The Ten is the only kata competition sanctioned by the United Staes Eastern Wado Ryu Karate Federation, drawing many of Wado Ryu's most highly-ranked and respected competitors and judges.
